Should I leave?

I have been talking to a guy for three to four weeks now and he is making me mad by not wanting to call or text me.(we only facetime three times out of the weeks, and only would text me WENT I texted him). he does not call me ever and he barely texts me you have been talking or short period of time but I feel like if he really didn't like me he was still trying to make time for me to talk to me when he has the chance. He always is busy every time I want to talk to him, and every time I tell him can you talk he does not apply to like a couple minutes or an hour later but he knows if he wants to talk. We are not in a relationship we are just talking he's so that he wants to take it slow by not talking to me so much concussion song that he has college, work, and clean and cooks for himself but I feel like you should still make time for me if you want me or if you like me.
What should I do?

What do you expect, you are only talking there is no commitment so you won't get a commitment. You are certainly not exclusive. You haven't even gone on a date. So you have nothing in the game and can't expect anything. If you want to see if you can get somewhere, leave square one. He will not have time to talk to you whenever you feel like it. Unless he is unemployed smooching at your couch, that is a reality that can't be expected.

You should talk to him,, but rather than hiding your emotions behind a wall of words that may be hard to read, you could try conveying your thoughts in sizable chunks known as paragraphs.
