Ooh, I haven't had this happen... friend connections and mostly online dating.

Come to think of it its been a little while since I met a dating prospect in real life (not online) initially. Kinda excited to branch into this more and notice/talk ro people around me more.

It's all up to them. You can't blame the point of meeting on your lack of effort after, if you got a way to actually reach the other person.
