Hum...
My default and what I think should be the default in the world is hope for the best, but prepare for the worst.
You *have* to allow yourself to be vulnerable in order to have a fulfilling life.
Take chances and hope that others will treat you well.
In general people genuinely are trying to be good people.
But they have emotional scars and issues aplenty, things that they struggle with, that makes them blind to the issues of others.
So make sure that you build up a support network, people who genuinely care about you and that you care about and who you can talk to if you are struggling, and who may help you.
Because you *will* get hurt.
Then just try to see thing from their point of view and work on improving communication.
If a man or woman is unwilling to try to improve the communication then that's a red flag, because that indicates that thing might not get better.
Getting to know someone is tricky. Falling in love can be scary as hell at times. I think for someone to actually fall in love you have to put you guard down a bit and let that person in. For me trust is a scale I somewhat trust the guy and it builds as we build the relationship. More trust is added when he does the things he says he's going to do. The more he doesn't fuck up the more trust I build. I'm currently going through this at the moment. I met someone awhile back and couple of months ago we made it official. There were moments when I jumped to conclusions and I was wrong. Happily wrong and the issue hasn't come up again. He's shown me that he's here for me not playing games with me. So it's really all up to the person in the situation everyone's scale of trust is different. None of them are wrong. Dinner don't trust until it's earned I respect that. I just do things a little differently. Hope this helped you
They shouldn't.
Trust is not a default. Trust is earned.
Women - heck, everyone, really - need to be careful with men (and everyone, really).
Maybe this is just my abusive childhood trauma and martial art practice, but for me if I meet someone for the first time or I'm uncertain about them, I won't trust them.
I'll be courteous. Even nice, maybe. But I won't blindly trust.
I know that it's scary, but in order to live a happy life we kind of have to be willing to lower our guard a bit.
And even take chances.
Yes, we *will* get hurt, I have several times.
And it sounds like you have been too.
But we have to dare risking a broke heart again to achieve happiness.
And it *is* worth it.
Yeah, absolutely. But there's a time and place for that.
Being on guard while out and about or with strangers is fine.
It's a skill to develop being able to be aware without being anxious. It just takes time and practice.
I never now if these questions with attached Instagram or Tik Toks are just ploys to get more views on their socials or legit questions. So I will read articals from legit media sources but I will not use links to social media accounts.
Bottom line what should men trust women, it goes both ways. True women by large number don't go to the piont of Ted Bundy type crazy shit, and by and large neither do men... but percentage wise its mostly men.
But women are pretty evil at times to, so dating is all about trusting with caution, and successful dating is all about trust vs. not trusting.

Honestly, you shouldn't be trusting anyone you aren't supposed to. This isn't a gender thing. If you feel distrustful of anyone at all, best to steer clear off them. Keep your circle small and trust only a few people who you know well personally and who you know won't stab you in the back, regardless of they're a man or woman.
This issue of who and who not to trust is mostly almost always a problem for people who have tonnes of friends. You'll never see a loner having trust issues with anyone they know because they'll most likely not trust anyone by default, so they won't have to doubt anyone either!
Here are some reasons you can trust me:
1) I have never kidnapped, raped, or murdered anyone
2) I am not particularly charismatic
3) As a kid, I used to love building tree houses and reading biographies.
4) I was never a bully or bullied. My dad was in Special Forces, so fights would end quickly if someone picked on me.
5) I work, in healthcare, my education was in business and computer science. I am a business leader.
6) I will not try to be your friend under any pretenses; in fact, if I'm interested in you romantically, I will demand that you call me "sir"
Are you talking about a first date? Well, it’s kind of hoped that you know enough about him to feel comfortable with meeting him in a public place.
Yes, date or ever allow you in person space
@Justneedtokno until you get to know someone really well, it’s also smart for at least one friend to know who you are with, where you are going, and what kind of car he has.
Because it´s the only society survives. I would not ask you to trust men in general but rather say you should try to a man.
Hence there are many bad guys around and not every guy is a good choice for dating. Try to find a guy you can trust because that´s more important.
You shouldn't. You shouldn't trust anyone who hasn't proven themselves to be trustworthy. Ideally you live in a community where you know most if not all of your neighbors, some male, but that isn't always the case.
No one should trust anyone too much. I trust until given a reason not to. Bo one has maintained it past a few months and as of lately not even a few weeks
You aren't just supposed to trust people in general.
Well either find a good one and trust him in time... or don't and be a lesbian or just be forever alone. :)
if I were a serial killer... I would not wait for a woman to trust me, lol
just skip steps...
Well, in general, they shouldn't.
But if you find a good one, it might be worth it.
Just ease in cautiously at first. Don't rush anything.
The same question should be asked about women. Why should men trust women. I mean look at Amber Herd, or a number of other situation like that.. Or take the fact that women are responsible for 75% of all child deaths, child abuse, and child neglect.. Or the fact that women are responsible for 50% of all domestic violence. Yet I'm supposed to blindly trust women.
Perhaps when you ask a sexist question you should expect responses like this.
Because no one else will protect them or put up with their crap. Women hate other women, remember?
Trust men for what? It's a little vague do you have any specifics. Trust men to check the oil in your car vs put a condom on let's say
why should men trust women. the amount of female scammers trying to get money from me is amazing
we just need
to be smart ans not blindly trust. yeah the ted bundy thins, they are so rare. like statistically, it’s improbable
There are trust worthy men, if he treats you like a sister (not In a sweet home Alabama kinda way) then he’s worthy of your trust simply because he can value you with out thinking of his gain
With the history and behavioral science of the human species being what it is, I don't think anybody should trust anybody. Always have a contingency plan and means of self-defense.
we should all ways tell someone who we trust where and with who we are going girls and boys... send a photo of the asap too
You shouldn't. But the moment "your" Ted Bundy makes the area between your legs wet you're way too quick to trust him.
nah you girls are screwed now
you had a chance to change
its over for many of you women
LET THE DOWN FALL BEGIN
8)
Same reason why we should trust you women right?
Why should men trust women especially when it comes to marriage?
Because women hate women I mean look at the WNBA
right, and men already distrust women, and for good reasons.
So don't. Only one who loses in the deal is you. We can always find another woman who does.
Always be wary.
gotta earn the trust
You shouldn't trust anyone... trust is earned
You shouldn't until you get to know them
whore cares?
