Is it cheating to have a online boyfriend and a IRL girlfriend?

So I have had a crush on to people and one is online we are now "dating" its not exactly official or anything we have never actually met face to face but we are on call with are friends a lot but then there's this girl I like and I don't know if its cheating to tell her or mabey hold her hand-

If the one person does not know, approve of or is against you having multiple "partners", be it long distance, on social media or in any other way, then yes, it is cheating.

It does not have to be physical cheating. Emotional cheating is just as bad as physical cheating. You are only a step before the actual physical cheating because for a physical cheating to take place, you need to be emotionally involved with that other person.

It does not matter whether you have in-person contact with the 3rd. wheel in the party or not. The fact that you are in a close relation with someone else while doing something that this person would not approve of makes you de facto a cheater, albeit only an emotional one.
