Is he interested or just being nice?

I’ve been talking to this guy at the gym for awhile now. Normally is just about random things. He has made comments about how tiny I am and that since I hurt my arm I don’t want to look all cute on the beach wearing a brace. He did tell me a few months ago him and his wife are getting a divorce but today he mentioned his wife a few times im like okay. It seems he remembers things I tell him and he goes out of his way to talk to me. Is he into me?

It sounds like he's just being nice. Being nice doesn't necessarily mean he's into you though.
