My roommate talks with so much disrespect towards me and tries to intimidate me, if i dont do what he wants he threathens to take my stuff and throw it out. He asked me to move in with him to treat me with no respect.

Yes you can be perturbed. I would talk to him about it and I would move out or have options to move out.
