Am I wrong to be angry?

I work in home care nursing. The home care agency sent to work for a client at 8am yesterday. I got to the address 7:55am. It looked like an apartment building but I wasn't given an apartment number by the agency. It was very early in the morning and my agency haven't began work yet. So the answering service picked up my call and they promised to relay my message to the agency. The on call staffing coordinator texted me the apartment number (D1). I couldn't locate the apartment D1 because the building only had 3 floors- 1,2,3. I rang the doorbell for the first floor but nobody opened the door for me.

By this time, I was very disappointed, had been standing outside in the cold for 30 mins, I called them again. 15 mins later, it was revealed to me that my staffing coordinator had given me the wrong address. The real address of my client was 2 blocks away.

Immediately the staffing coordinator told me that I should've checked the app, where nurses record confidential legal notes for patients, in order verify and confirm the address of the clients before we go in.

I finished the long 12 hr shift. Then the next day, I tried asking for them to change my check in time from 8:40a to 8a. They adamantly said they wouldn't (because work time begins when the nurse is in front of the patient), even when it was clearly their dumb mistake.

I don't know but this left a very bad taste in my mouth regarding this company. I am new, this is my second shift. I am scheduled for another shift but I am thinking about leaving.
