Do the same thing that you do with your guy friends... thought about that? What do you communicate with them? --First you smile when approaching and look happy to see her. --Point out something unique to her.. often you can tell she is trying to show something off-like a clothing item... point out how nice it is... what you like about it.

You can’t really come up with a script for these things- you have to develop a feel for people and how to handle situations like that (I always decided on the fly what to say). It also depends where you’re approaching her, but definitely don’t giveaway that you think she’s hot. She knows she is, and being complimented for her looks isn’t going to make a difference to her. Find an icebreaker to get her attention so you can get a convo going and maintain it.
