How do I build a connection or make a girl fall for me? At work there's these two people who a liking each other more & I feel jealous & sad?

I feel down because it formed naturally and I can see it in eyes how much they like each other but that has never happened to me. Most women who I tried to flirt or talk to end up ignoring me or ghosting me. I feel like I'm already supposed to know a lot about dating and flirting with women because of my age but in reality I don't know anything. I never done anything or build a genuine connection with women before. I only know how to build friendships with guys.

Also, the only other girl who I talk to daily is someone here but is from a different state and has a boyfriend. So how can I make that bridge to my own personal life and not just online 🤔

you cannot really force it, and you can't make people fall for you, at least not genuinely

if you try to make it happen, then you're just pretending and trying to get your way, and way more often than not it just doesn't work, and when it happens to work, it will not last long it will just break apart

the problem here is that first, you have to know yourself, and you have to build up yourself as a person, which is something you refuse to do every single time this is suggested to you

Do some research. Find out what her deal is. Is she seeing somebody? Is she coming away from a precious relationship? What is her career plans? Things like that. Show some interest and make some conversation about things she is interested in. Make sure you listen to what she says.

We reflect whatever we feel about ourselves. Our connection others, including the connection with the opposite gender is born from the connection that we have with ourselves. In short, if you don't know who you are, don't have a good relationship with self, and / or do not know your purpose then this is the energy you will put out. When you are busy on your purpose, you will not even have the time to be jealous about another persons connection, and your passion, excitement for life, and the connection that you have with yourself will be naturally attractive.

Build it based on common interests or at least shared experiences. Find women who have similar interests.

You might want to develop a couple of new ones because when you do get a girlfriend, you’re going to want to spend time together with her doing things you both find interesting.

Id suggest learning new forms of dance or a musical instrument. Or another language.
