So let's say you've been ghosted for a few weeks by a girl. She texts you back, you reply a few hours later... she reads your message a few hours later as well, but leaves you on read.

Let's say this has occured a few times lately.

Would it be fine to leave the girl on read? Y'know, assuming that she eventually replies?
