How do I make my parents trust me?

recently I had to break up with my boyfriend because I had lied to my parents and was sneaking out to see him. What made matters worse was that my mom saw my inappropriate messages I had been sending to him. Now my dad has found out and I overheard my mom saying that he’s going to hurt me and make me possibly bleed a lot. I am 14 years old and I don’t know what to do anymore.

You have to be consistent from here forward, okay? You have to take time to explain Where you are going, with whom, and when you will be back AND follow through every time. All parts of your life need to be consistent and regular. I hope it all works out for you...
