Guys, how do I proceed?

I found out not long ago my boyfriend liked some girls photo he used to follow and had unfollowed because he was dating me. But he did this out of anger... long story short, he is insecure and thinks I'm cheating when he even admits I give him no reason for it. Now, I found out three months ago he liked a different girls photo he never followed, but was friends? with on Facebook before we were dating. (he also deleted her when we began dating 1 & half year ago) this was also done out of anger. I can't trust him at all and there's more he's done because the assumption I am being unfaithful. I am stuck living with him and am curious if anyone else has been in this situation and what some other options are.

Sooo much. I work 8-8 and had a stressful day. I came home talking to my coworker/ sister on the phone for an hour because he usually doesn't listen, reply or just gives me a lecture, sometimes will reassure it's okay and not to focus on the drama? After my calll I definitely wanted to talk to him also and didn't want the call to go so long but also I was relaxed and venting about the day ya know. He was upset I was on the phone because he missed me and I knew it from his demeanor. Well, even though I'm stressed and annoyed with his now demeanor, I tried breaking ice and just telling him about my coworker getting lovingly yelled at by her boyfriend because she was about to open the door with her panties on and he was going wild but it was in a loving way. I was also trying to do that to show him, her boyfriend is not upset, he's in fact joining in the conversation also with her lol. Anyways, he ignored me and just laid down in bed. It hurt... so I put my earphones on.
