It means at the very least that he’s upfront with them enough to let them know he is seeing you. Does it mean he wants a relationship with you? Not necessarily. I’ve dated guys who have told their family members about me, but they didn’t stick around. This is not to say the guy isn’t serious about you. It’s just that you can only really know if he explicitly tells you he wants a relationship and treats you like you matter to him.
