How do guys feel after 3 months of dating?

I have been dating a guy for 3 months now but I don't know what he is thinking and if he is ready for a relationship.

I want him to talk more about his feelings and to make it official. We're still dating and hiding

We talked about feelings. He told me he is starting to get some but not too much and after we had the conversation he became more attentive so I don't know

When he was younger he wasn't serious, then he went into a 3 year relationship but it was toxic she was too jealous. After that he had 1 hookup and that's it. He was depressed for a whole year trying to figure things out then he started dating me. We've been together since 24th may

He has reffered to himself as future boyfriend and has been saying things like when we grow old together.. I don't know if that counts

I don't know. I want him to tell me for sure but I don't know if it's the right time for this kind of conversation or if it's too early. I don't wanna scare him off.
