Guys, How are guys usually after a breakup?

My ex and I had some arguments and things happened before we eventually stopped talking. Last day was Sunday. He tried to contact me on my other fb page and I ignored it and since then he's deactivated his main page (hed post about being lonely and made a post about seeing if anyone was out one night to chill) and from what it looks like, he hasn't been active on his other one.

Then yesterday out of the blue, he text my mother and asked her to tell me that he "loves and misses" me. although I probably wouldn't have answered the phone, he could have just called me himself. Even after the argument and stuff days ago, my mother just text him to tell him we got into a car accident and he seemed concerned.

Depends on the nature of the breakup. 10 years of my life went down the drain over mental and emotional abuse. I never engaged her, nor did I marry or have kids with her. Im on my own living alone, there are nights even as a guy, I do cry myself to sleep often wondering what went wrong.

What are u actually asking here as it seems u know how he feels by what he told your mum

It's more of me not being entirely sure about how he feels. He could have said that just to see if I'd reach out but maybe you're right

Guys are individuals and have individual reactions to breakups. I wish her well and move on. Some lament it and get depressed. Some are happy to be free.
