So I recently broke up with my girlfriend. We decided to stay friends. Shortly after the breakup we decided to hang out. As soon as I met her, she grabbed my hand and we went our way. I was surprised by this because as I understand girls usually don’t act like that with their guy friends.

Yeah it could be that she feels that there's less boundaries between the two of you since you were already previously together. If it were a guy who was only ever just friends with her, that would seem like a pretty bold gesture.
