i saw the your comments... maybe he only does it when you're cold because he'd be embarrassed to do it when you're not? maybe you should initiate it next time when you're not cold, to show him you like him not just as a friend, he'd probably like it.

Well, if platonically is the question, then ask this: "Guys, would you interlock hands with your guy friend for an hour, not romantically, but just because they were cold?" Well, all I can say is that they better be pretty damn cold.

Hahaha, I was freaking COLD! It was like 40 degrees and we were out looking for shooting stars. (The second time I wasn't that cold, just somewhat. It's just weird that he only really takes my hand when he realizes I'm shivering though.)

Thanks for answering. I would think so too, but it's just strange that the two times we've held hands it's been when it's freezing cold outside and I can't stop shivering, haha.
