Guys, would you hold hands with any and every girl or does she have to be special?

Also, what does holding hands in bed while talking mean to you? For girls, we think we are special but guys thought on it... Please, fill me in. :)

Even with my girlfriend I usually don't hold her hand. I get no pleasure out of it so I don't see the point. If I was interested in a girl I would hold her hand because I know this is a sign of affection. Once we started dating I would probably stop holding her hand.
