Not that strange. Lots of girls and women are like that. Just because a female doesn’t want to hump you, that doesn’t mean she doesn’t have some other use for you. Just be aware of the balance of the exchange. If you’re getting less out of the friendship than she is, skidaddle. Even if you think you’re kool with it. It will almost certainly cause resentment to grow eventually. Then you’ve allowed her to poison you and you become part of the “toxic masculinity” club they like to talk about nonstop. Ell oh ell!

there is a WHOLE LOT of girls out there, that I find either cute or funny or both...

but that does not mean I want to date them all, or that I should date them just because they are those two things... lol
