Super embarrassed and feel terrible…. But went on a date and it was great until I got sick in the guys car. Any advice he looked pissed?

So we went out to celebrate my birthday and it was tons of fun. And it wasn’t until 3 hours later we left to go back home. And I got sick as a dog in the car ride home and puked twice on the floor and myself in the car. He gave me a change of clothes and Even made me soup, made sure I was hydrated, even made sure I had a garbage pale. But I felt so bad seeing him outside cleaning his car while I was busy puking. Do you think he cares about me or did I really mess up
