What do women think of men who dont know how to flirt and are inexperienced when it comes to girls?

I think as long as you have goals and ambitions and you are responsible and polite, you’ll be just fine. It all comes down to you tho and the type of women you want to attract and go after. I don’t think being inexperienced is a turn off at all and will help attract people at a similar level to you. I don’t think there’s anything wrong with learning together, especially since every partner has different preferences.
