It’s Germany, so our health system has been largely reliable. Also I have never heard of violence specifically targeting doctors. As I understand we already have a number of Turkish health professionals working in Germany. 👍

They beat me because we lost the patient, they came and raided the hospital, so I resigned, I will work abroad, I may not be a doctor either, but it is enough for me to be peaceful.

That sounds horrible. Make sure you have all your university degrees and medical credentials as originals when you go to a foreign country.

According to global stats there are more summed PhD and MD per capita than anywhere else in the world. It is the East Coast silicon Valley. Apple, Google, Amazon, CISCO etc...
