Should I tell this girl how I feel about her?

I have a crush on this girl, and she is about to leave in a few weeks, maybe in a few days even.

i really like her but am too nervous to do anything. The issue however is that we barely know each other, about 5 months total and we talked like 5-6 times in depth.

i feel like she knows that i like her because she has asked me twice why i get nervous. I told her that i dont know. Then she said “do you feel nervous around girls? Dont you have a girlfriend?” And i said that i dont.

another thing that has happened is that while we were talking she put her hand on my tummy and got super close. That made me really nervous and i leaned away so her hand didn't touch me anymore, but she leaned towards me and put her hand back on my tummy.

And now she is about to probably leave and i dont know if i should tell her. I was thinking of saying “remember when you asked me why i get nervous? It’s because of you.”

I would prefer it to be in the form of a question rather than be an aggressive “lets go out somewhere”. It’s the first time i would be asking someone out, if im lucky that is.
