Why does the lady keep agreeing to make plans when she makes things so difficult for me?

We went on TEN DATES, and hadn't done more than hold hands, a few times I tried to get a kiss, and she said she "wanted it to happen naturally"... I got so annoyed that I stopped talking to her for a month, and yet she's not at all bothered when I text her again. I again sent her several texts making it very clear that I want things to be romantic, so I don't know.. I guess I need to be more assertive with making a move? I am not sure how to do that since I am not great at these things.

If she is stressing you out this much then you know two things: she isn't worth it, she is stringing you along, and you need to get away from that crap. Let's assume she is worth it...

Go out and about. Text her twice a week. Make certain it is friendly and personable. Ask her out each time. If after the first week she is still jerking you around then give it 5 days and text once that week... catch-up etc and ask out !!! If nothing let her go.
NOW, you need to go out and do things and selfie with bars friends. Post once a week 3 pics... don't overkill !!! Do your thing and let her reach out to you. If you are a quiet loner type: take one friend, be honest to whatever table is full of guys (write first names down for her Quiz) what you are doing and you will have 8 of the best friends ever.-Guys get it !!!
