If he is seeing someone else besides me, why didn’t he delete me on Snapchat?

Me and him were never together, just friends with benefits if anything, we don’t even have each other’s phone numbers! But he texts and Snapchat’s this girl who he’s been touching and getting intimate with… and I got hurt by this. If he’s dating her why is he not removing me from Snapchat it would be so east to get rid of me? To be clear, no we are not talking to each other it’s been 3 months. Plus his dating profile is still up on the app so I’m confused. But the girl he’s seeing seems very in love with him.
