Why did he remove me from Snapchat?

This guy I dated for a while removed me from Snapchat but still has me on Facebook and twitter. We went out a couple of times but he cut off contact and didn't really make and effort to continue whatever was going on between us. We haven't talked in almost 4 months. I know it's not a big deal I shouldn't think about it too much after all it's only Snapchat. My friend suggested maybe he removed me on Snapchat because our lifestyles don't really sync in together and we haven't talked in a while. I'm just curious as to why he removed me it's not like I did anything to him. Guys if you've removed someone on snap before.. why did you?

I know it's probably for the better and maybe he's trying to move on and I should too but I feel like removing someone on social media is the last thing I would resort to unless we had an argument or something

I'm sorry to say, but he probably lost interest, either that or your friend is right, important thing is that that was four months ago, probably time you started get out there and just find someone else, go to bars, hang out with friends, you'll met someone eventually. if it helps i've had this recently with someone i met on tinder, they didn't remove me, they just haven't responded to a message i sent them even though they said they'd message me, in my head either they're too busy or they're just not interested, but in this situation it's still too early to tell, and frankly it's not the end of the world since, well, it's tinder.

Cause he's moving on. Does he use his FB and IF accounts? If not then he hasn't gotten around to it yet. You gotta just cut the cord. Delete him off all social media, delete phone number AND text messages.

He doesn't really use Facebook but he uses instagram. I was thinking of removing him before he gets to it but I sorta wanna keep him on there to show him I'm happy and I don't care. I think I should delete him everywhere though it's the better option

Hmmm. Maybe he just wanted to see you less. Do you post on your story often? If so, he probably just wanted to avoid seeing you on your story. That's what this one guy did. I removed my ex from snapchat cuz it hurt seeing him on his story, and sending him snaps never getting a response (he said he wanted to be friends but I kinda figured it would never happen).

My boyfriend just did the same thing to me. He just unfriended me on Snapchat and won't tell me why. He won't talk to me at all.

I know how badly it hurts but it's likely for the best that your guy initiated the cutting of contact so you can both move on.

He is done with the relationship and you are no longer in his life. It makes sense that he would do it. He will probably remove you from the other social media sites sooner or later. Don't be surprised. I understand your feelings about never removing somebody from social media, but they are not in your life anymore. Why do you even look to see his stuff?
