1. I've had sex with one man about 2 years ago from a serious relationship that ended. Since then I haven't had sex and if I ever do its to build a future with the person. (So my number is 1)

2. I'm not religious but more spiritual.

3. I want to have kids in the future and stay at home with them till they turn around 4 years old. Then they can start kindergarden.

4. I have diploma in taking care of children from courses to be used in Kindergarden.

1. Anyone can make a mistake. If your being honest that it's only one guy then he can probably look past it.

2. Lack of faith is a big concern I wouldn't marry ANY woman that told me she was spiritual but not religious. My faith is important to me and I couldn't marry any woman that didn't share it with me.

Beyond that everything else is OK. I'd say you're better "wife" material than most women.

That will be good for kids too. The homeschoolers I am familiar with are "forced" to set up their Business, storefront, and accounting/math are taught withing that frame work. I have my own Business as well in hard assets with a USA company and managed to do well fairly quickly for one large REIT (Family) actually. They took me globally and I have Mentors. I am also familiar with SE Asia and the developing world. I am pretty good at turning train wrecks into income producing entities.. or spotting one that has potential kind of thing... any integrating Business structure so that it can run independently withing Corporation. Fun for now but would like to be out living off residual monthly Income by 38...

Yep USA is risky but still best overall return in world. I grew up playing monopoly and was around farms, rentals, and all that kind of things. Rented first unit at 17…. And my Dad was a City Manager so I got both sides. Business school… lots of accounting… graduate school etc. where are you located?

No need to change. You sound level headed and lovely. Sometimes people have quirks you have to get used to, habits you only notice when living together. For me I'd want it to be ok that I had a drink (in moderation) but wouldn't at all be bothered if you didn't partake. Like I say it's just little nuances that crop up when you're at getting to know each other really well that can determine the outcome. Hope that makes sense, but you're pretty much perfect.
