Is it because they have a lot of money and status and every other man would do if they had the same? Like my purpose of this question is that do men truly prefer younger women?

I think status plays a role but also accessibility. Hollywood guys are more likely to date someone they directly know, or a friend of a friend. That’s who they may bump into at a party, event, etc, since that’s where they’re likely to see these women. I also think relatability comes in a well. Someone famous, especially in the same profession will understand the lifestyle and what comes with it. Like an actor dating an actress, their partner will understand that kissing and intimacy can come with a role, or spend personal time with their costar to rehearse and not overthink their absence, or get jealous of touchy scenes. Models are usually very busy, and some people can’t handle that. Dating someone who also models gets rid of issues like this.

No, I don't think all men prefer younger women. I have only ever dated or been in relationships with women my own age +/- 2 or 3 years.

During the past 3 years I rejected advances from attractive/hot 21-24 year old women, because while they are physically attractive, I couldn't see us mentally bonding and having enough in common for a successful relationship.
