Guys, what are signs a woman IS long-term relationship material?

a girl that has a healthy and respectful relationship with her parents, especially with her dad.

manages her money well.

has long term goals and plans to achieve those goals.

doesn’t go clubbing.

health conscious.

there are some girls who might have been promiscuous but have decided that they spent too much of their energy on others that didn’t care about them so they adjusted their behavior. It’s not a place one can’t recover from.

If you're able to be in the same space for a whole day or weekend, and do your own thing comfortably whether it's together or separate. Also being capable of sharing silence happily. Then you know they are long-term material.

Usually, when a girl feels on edge to do something, anything, when there's nothing going on-- it's a sign that they're not satisfied with the amount they're getting. Which means they're not satisfied with you, which means they could simply get bored of you and start picking at problems, until you inevitably break up.

One of my exes wanted us to have plans every time we meet, and never just be sharing a space together and chill doing whatever. One day I told her to come over to just chill with me at my apartment, and she felt so uncomfortable with doing nothing with me. It didn't take more than 40 minutes of us relaxing for her to suddenly blurt out that she doesn't like the fact that we're just sitting around. And here I am thinking, "if we're gonna be together for a long time, or forever, there's going to be a whole lot of us just chilling and sitting around sharing space together. This should be nothing."

Another girl I was with, she'd come over on the weekends and use my PlayStation to play Final Fantasy 14 with her online friends, and I'd chill on the couch with my laptop watching stuff and surfing the net, or working on some art. We'd talk about whatever through the day, figure out what we're doing for dinner, find something to watch, and get intimate multiple times all weekend. No plan, no pressure, just existing together peacefully and happily.

Sometimes the week-long stay is a good way to know for sure. It's not a week full of plans, just a week living under the same roof whether it's somewhere else, or just in one of your homes. Being in the same place as someone else 24 hours a day for a week will tell you a lot about the persons and what you're really like together. If you can make it through a week under the same roof without issues, I'd say that's long-term material for sure without a doubt. Doesn't have to be early, ideally a few months or more into the relationship.

Here's a big one; she knows how to have opinions and have a conversation. No one tells women this, but a lot of y'all need to hear it; the vast majority of women really suck at communicating thoughts, feelings, or any useable information to men.
