Ok please help, serious suggestions of what a guy would like to hear from text for the first time from a girl? I have a crush on this guy and I'm feeling brave enough to text him first. but what should I say?

Ask him about a topic that interests him, such as, do you like golfing? Biking? Chess? Fishing? Sharing boating expenses? Than suggest an event. It does not have to be expensive, you could suggest a hike to see the salmon run in the lakes, or a cultural festival or religious event etc…

If you really want to talk to your crush then be yourself, how would you start a conversation with a friend? By saying hello, hi, hey first and then from there you go along.
