What turns you off about Indians? Why would you never date an Indian?

It seems that every question posted on this site by an Indian male is either a pervert just trying to engage in brief conversation about their particular fetish, or a wildly nationalistic guy carrying on about how India is so great.

Years ago, I dated an Indian woman and I had very high regard for her. It's almost like Indian guys and Indian girls are two different species!

I would date an Indian, as race isn't an issue.

The only things that would put me off would be the following and even then it's exclusive to some individuals:

They hate Pakistanis - I get that the countries don't get along, but hating someone due to that is just stupid and I'm from a Pakistani background and I don't think our cultures are too different.

Marriage/kids - Despite coming from a culture with traditional values, I'm not traditional, so the whole idea of being married with kids, isn't something I'd want and I think traditional values are more commonly implemented amongst South Asians, so I probably wouldn't date a South Asian in general, unless they didn't have those values.

Religions - I were raised Muslim, but I don't believe in it or any religion and I think Indians are more likely to believe in some kind of religion and differences in faith are a deal breaker for me.

That aside, I'm not a fan of the accent of Indian accent, when trying to speak English, mainly talking about the ones who are Indian born and raised, but it's not a deal breaker and the same would apply to Pakistanis and Bengali's as well.

Besides that I mostly don't find them attractive (there is, i guess a tiktoker, that I have seen on Instagram and he is damn fine tho), I'm also traumatized by the few negative, perverted, scary comments I have received over the internet since I'm 15 and still going on and besides all of that, I don't think the cultural view and me would fit together and I also don't really like the food...

I had numerous encounters with ''Indians'' - and all but one were negative.

These were all men, to be fair and correct.

However - an Indian woman will most likely share the cultural ''values'' (or their absence, that is). I will make an allowance for those Indians who aren't Indian :)

However - would YOU get close to a pitbull terrier after these have bitten you often enough?

I've worked with a lot of Indians, I've been to India and I regularly eat nothern Indian cuisine.

An Indian woman who is Christian I'd definitely date. I doubt a Hindu or Muslim woman would be interested due to religious differences. There are also cultural differences.

A rather loaded question. What turns me off about Indians is if they have a racial chip on their shoulder or are racist.

I would date a normal, everyday Indian lady without said chip and who didn't turn every conversation into a rant about racism. By the way, I have a gorgeous Asian stepdaughter and equally gorgeous step granddaughter, (normally just known as daughter and granddaughter). I bet you can't guess their mother's ethnicity!
