Why is my baby mama acting cool all of a sudden?

Me and my childs mother are not on good terms. We only talk during a court ordered app when we absolutely have to. I have also arranged for someone else to do pickup and drop off. She is reluctant to give me time and basically trashes me all the time. All of a sudden, she starts to say she wants our son to "play football because I played" and how she wants him to "follow in my footsteps" this girl basically hated me, why is she all of a sudden doing this?

Was she recently pregnant? It could be her hormones coming back to normal again. Some mother during and some time after child birth can go insane from the hormones and then come back after a few years
