Not necessarily. I have friends who are strikingly gorgeous, but who rarely get approached because most guys assume they'll get shot down.

I’ve had guys, after we got to know each other, tell me the reason they didn’t approach me in the beginning is because I look intimidating or they think I wouldn’t give them the time of day. Not sure how I feel about that
