From a guys pov, what should I do about this guy I’m talking to?

Me (21) f have been talking to (19) m. I found out he was 19 2 months in , he was afraid to tell me his real age which Ik was wrong but I deeply care for him. We’ve been talking for 3 months and the first month was great, always going out loving our best lives, but as time went on, we saw each other less. We also live 45-1 hr from each other. He has text me consistently everyday since. He also never tells me no to seeing him, but sometimes he doesn’t put in a lot of effort. In his defense, he is a student in college and also working 3 jobs. He has mentioned he’s not sure if he’s ready for commitment because of little free time and trust issues. I said okay but when he saw me out with another guy hitting on me at a bar, he said your mine & I don’t want anyone else to have u. He also doesn’t want me going out, posting anything on social media besides my chest up and wants me to be a homebody, this is the confusing part, he told me all of this 2 days after saying he doesn’t know if he wants a relationship. He’s got a great heart and one of the most respectful guys Ik, but he does have temper & I do believe this has some to do with our culture

Also to add we have never slept together, I told him I want to wait till we are in love or dating to do that, and he has respected that
