I normally wouldn’t ask out a girl with authority at work but I really liked this girl. Especially because I thought she was giving me signs that she’s attracted to me. Like being open, bringing me into her office, seeing how I’m doing, smiling and being a little too friendly that’s why I thought she was into me. So I asked her out she said “ I caught her off guard and didn’t expect me to talk about that, she told me she’d think about it but with other guys she said she’s into “

She’s still friendly but way less open with me now ever since. I feel terrible 😞

Some women give all of those signs to get attention and validation. But it would take a lot more than just that, for a woman to be offered any of my precious time! The best course of action for you is to keep it professional and hope you don't end up being reported to... HR.

I also find this junior manager very attractive, but there is no way I'm risking a pay check for her!

Pay no attention to what women say they are into. They are emotionally driven so it doesn't matter (providing you know how to build attraction).
