How to help my girlfriend now that her ex is getting married?

She saw on social media that he was getting married and she's really upset.

He was her first love, they dated through highschool and again when they were 20 but it didn't work out.

She says she's over him but can't help but feel behind in life.

We've been dating a year and both 27.

If it was me in that situation, I would leave her. She isn't loyal. Why is she watching an ex on social media? She obviously still has interest in him. Tell her to block him and not watch any ex's social media or have any contact with them or you will end the relationship. That would be my advice. If it was me, I'd leave her and not give her any option to fix things. She is not loyal.
