I am worried about her past just months before our wedding. What do I do?

I tried this medication my doctor wanted me to take, and it sparked a lot of worries I once put behind me.

I am supposed to marry my fiance soon, but I am worried about her past now. Although I am her first kiss and first everything, we did not get to experience our youths together. However, she did have male friends during high school whom she did get to experience her youth with.

I am not afraid of her leaving me. I am afraid it would have been a sweeter, more desirable outcome if she would have ultimately ended up with someone from her youth. More so, I am worried about the alternative timeline. If she knew someone from her youth was meant for her after all, she wouldn't have the same feelings for me, but she wouldn't know that because she is with me.
