By definition, a whore is a female prostitute. The Male equivalent us called Male prostitute or gigolo.

Since prostitution is sex for money, it's more likely for a woman since men are more willing to pay for sex, while women find it easier to get sex for free.

If the question was “Who was more likely to be a slut?,” I’d say men. A whore charges. Since men are slutty enough to have sex with strangers, a woman can have sex whenever she wants. Unless she’s as ugly as Hillary Clinton, she’ll never pay, making it extremely difficult for men to be whores.

If by whore you mean someone who has many sex partners, then data clearly and consistently points to men.

True. But when I saw the binge drinking, hookup culture in college, I know body counts of hundreds are probably common. Since you said a median of three and not an average, it is a still a possibility. You could still have three as a median even if 48% of women were complete sluts.

With the average age of marriage being around 15 years after girls reach sexual maturity, and morality seeming to be pretty much non existent, I have an extremely difficult time believing the numbers.

I'm not saying most women aren't sluts, I'm just saying men are at least as much sluts and are typically reported to be more so.
