I'd say it's the same.

Men I think are less likely to cheat, but the ones that do, probably do it way more. Meaning out of the cheaters, more guys go into a relationship with the intention of being disloyal.

Women I think there are more cheaters because of how much easier it is for them, but it's more likely to happen in a moment of weakness.

It’s more convenient and legally tolerated for women, because at least in the US even if they cheated they can still initiate divorce rape and there’s nothing the man can do about it. Humans operate on an incentive basis, if you create favorable conditions for a behavior you are going to get more of it.
