When a guy cheats, we don't hear the same thing from girls, that she cooked for him, irreversibly changed her body to carry, birth, and feed his children, etc. While money can be earned again, the sacrifices a woman made cannot be restored.

the impression of girls who dig guys like Christian Grey come from the numerous sales of the 50 Shades novels and movie series. same goes for Twilight and other "romance" stories. the numbers speak for themselves

even if the target demographic of whatever study you're referencing to is mostly young women it makes the most sense because guys don't want the opinions of 80+ year old elderly women because they have a different value system to younger women
one thing that I know for certain is that if Christian Grey was the complete opposite of who he was in the story i. e. he's ugly/broke instead of hot/rich, that story would be a crime thriller and possibly even banned

In my experience it’s usually the guy pushing for a committed or exclusive relationship, and it’s usually the guy trying to make rules and being possessive. So if he’s the one cheating, it’s worse. Also, most of the women I know are still in love with the guy they cheated on. Most men I know could give a shit about the women they’ve cheated on. Also most of the women I know who have cheated would be understanding if their partner cheated. Most of the men who cheat would still expect fidelity out of their partner which is wrong. Either way, most men and women who cheat don’t have much respect for their partner or themself. It’s horrible no matter what but I think it’s barely worse if a guy does it

Are you joking? Women gripe about "giving the best years of [their] life" to men when they're mildly annoyed with them; cheating would probably make their heads explode.
I would also strongly suggest you look into the workplace injury rates in your country, compare them to the rates of serious childbirth complications, and then take a look at the gender disparity in those jobs with the highest injury rates.
Do you think that firefighters brain-damaged from lack of oxygen or burned so horribly that children scream at the sight of them, or lumberjacks who've lost limbs to woodcutting accidents can simply regenerate by magic, or that being left a vegetable when a factory explosion drives a metal rod through your brain isn't as bad as getting fat or developing stretch marks?
