I would like if she just comes over to me and start a conversation, ask for my number or straight up tells me that she is into me.

Most woman flirt to subtile or just stare at me all the time which makes me uncomfortable because I'm not sure why they do that. As a guy I can't really tell she is flirting with me just by staring at me.
