Hmm I'd say generally not true. Many backgrounds and races can be attractive. Have to say though. Black women by and general are a turn off. Weird attitude, weird body shape and just generally not attractive facially. Sometimes they are, but it's a low percentage.

That's a pretty silly question if you ask me, every ethnicity has beautiful women. The largest population of women are Chinese, if you play the odds then they are probably the prettiest. It's all personal preference

who says they are? beautiful woman come in all shapes, sizes and ethnicities, even us mixed girls. beauty at the end of the day is in the eye of the beholder, everyone likes or is attracted to something different

Good looks is more about good body proportions and symetrical faces than just a skin tone. Some indian girls have a dark skin but thin features that makes them pretty. I personally have a thing for blonde girls.

It's subjective, but I think Asian girls are generally the most desirable right now. That's partly because they are physically attractive, and partly because they are just better women due to their culture and values.
