Women how do you find men that don’t just want sex or ask for it on the first date?

So I’ve been trying to help some of my friends find decent boyfriends but every guy they talk to wants sex right away. All of my friends have only been wiry 1-3 men sexually their whloe lives and take date for marriage. I see men asking them for sex without even trying to take them out on dates or after a date asking for a bj in their cars etc. is this what the dating world is like now? I myself have only been with 3 girls and have been in a relationship for the past 6 years. I did have sex with my current girlfriend till we were dating for 11 months by choice.

I set boundaries and know not to associate myself or give them the time of day. It's easy to read most. If they ask me out at night for a drink or at night in general they more than likely just want sex without being straight forward about it. If they don't properly ask me on a date like to go for dinner then that means they are not trying to get to know me. So there's a lot of things to look for and of course being straight up and asking them questions about what they are looking for. That will save a lot of wasting time with the wrong ones

Women usually do not like it if you talk about sex on the first date or try to get them to have sex as part of the first date. If the personal chemistry is out of this world, it might happen, but you should never go into the first date planning on having sex.
