Should I give her a second chance?

I had a date with this girl everything was going well I paid for dinner had some conversations then she wanted to go party a bit in the party district (I'm in korea by the way so we go hongdae with more foreign people) and I was down for it then some drinks happened and she like 2 long Island iced teas in and I'm having this conversation with some people too that I just met and I turn around and her drunk ass is gone. GONE. Batman. Black Hole. Bunny in the hat. so I figured I'd call her a few times and she picked up and told me what bar she was in I could hear the music so I go over there it take a small walk to get to and then I go in there to look for her. Unfortunately I didn't see her so now I'm kinda getting ticked off. I text her where are you? And she says I'm still down here (the first bar we were in had 1st floor and a basement), so I go back to the first bar not there and I was like yeah I'm gone I have to head back tomorrow and she texted me at 4am when I had already been sleeping at my hotel that she will text me when she is not drunk. Obviously she owes me a apology for wasting time and not being in control of her alcohol. Although I did really like the sober version of her. If she sincerely give me a apology and a reschedule should I continue to date her? (Next time no party)
