Possible positive signs

1. A female coworker always parks beside me an hour before our shift starts so we can talk alone. If she gets there first, she texts to see if Im already there, and to say that a spot beside her is open.

2. She picks workspaces near mine (within about 2 meters)

3. She really opens up with me conversationally and has open body language and eye contact. Sometimes plays with her hair.

4. If I ask her out to lunch, she nearly always accepts.

5. She has mentioned sex in casual conversation (bragging that her ex said she is the gold standard.)

6. Usually spends her breaks with me outside. If I'm smoking, she'll walk past me to the edge of the building, stop and look to see if I'm following, then smile at me.

Possible negatives

1. She never texts first outside of work (but always responds withing about 5 minutes)

2. She has called me her best friend in front of coworkers. (Though, we did have a conversation at one point that a good romantic relationship should start as a friendship, rather than romantic from the getgo because the romance has a way of putting pressure on people when getting to know one another.)

3. She just got out of an engagement, and says she's not wanting to get into any kind of relationship.

I just need help reading the signals; I have Asperger's Syndrome, so this stuff isn't second nature to me.

She's using you for validation. You are very likely friend zoned here. Make a move on her and see what she does. Then you'll at least know.
