I get too with most guys: jobs, complaining about wives, ogling hot girls. And lots of arm wrestling and beer clashing. Need a break sometimes. I like the edge of parties where you meet someone who is getting as tired of the party as you are and you connect deeply. For me, it's usually girls who serve as a break for what I get tired of with guys. Sometimes it's like a softer guy or a particularly smart one.
