Too many female friends?

I'm seeing a guy who has too many female friends. He goes out to meet them, drink with them , going on lunches, set up meet up with them etc

He is even close friends with his friends girlfriend and I saw her calling her, talking to her on the phone and he rushed to see her.
With his female friends, he's always affectionate, giving shoulder hugs, hugs in general and with me, he does nothing. He keeps everything on the surface and is not affectionate.

What is the issue? If he spends so much time texting and meeting his female friends, then why doesn't he go and date them and stop meeting me or other girls?

You found a guy who other women clearly like and want. In that regards, you have a winner on your hands. The psychology of dating a winner is very different than dating... well, "other" men.

If you were given a Ferrari, best you quickly become the type of person who can afford to keep it. Otherwise sell it and buy a honda. Don't buy a Ferrari and place into the engine, cheap gas suitable for a honda. You will damage both the Ferrari and potentially yourself whilst driving it.
