Is it true that a guy who has many female friends is a 'bad boy'?

This guy I have a crush on has so many female friends, he talks to them by keeping his hand on their shoulders and also when I confessed about my feelings to him, he said,"You are too good and innocent, I am a very bad person, and I don't want to hurt someone like you".. Is he actually a playboy?

Avoid that guy, it means he sleeps around. My real concern is for somebody like you who's supposedly falling for men you don't even know. There's a reason why someone like him said what he said because he know someone like you was going to get messed up if you decide to get involved with him. Just because a guy has many female friends that doesn't make them a bad boy. Bad boys are exactly that. People who do criminal and deviant activity for the sake of it. They don't care about other people. They don't care about you. You know nothing about the type of people he hangs around with. For all you know he could be messing around with those female friends himself. You need to stay away from that guy. Whenever somebody tells you that that means you move on.

He's more than just a Playboy. He will literally mess you up and we'll have no remorse if you get seriously hurt. He's not going to be concerned about someone who has feelings. The fact that he told you is enough to mourn YouTube don't be involved with that individual. What are you really crushing on this man for? Is it because his looks so because he looks a certain way you have to crush on him? You have to evaluate why you do what you do. Because his warning if you don't get yourself involved with him can you continue to do this, you may get somebody who won't give you that warning it will use you, have sex with you, abused you, God forbid knock you up with a kid, and then move on to the next chick he can use. That's why you save yourself for marriage to have sex, be careful who you get involved with, heed the warning, listen to your gut, and be careful who you try to crush on. I don't care how attractive or how interesting a person maybe. You don't know who the person is until you get too invested in them. There's a reason why he told you what he told you.

You got to be very careful. Because they don't just have some cool female friends they sometimes if not often sleep with them. These days nobody is just a friend anymore sadly.

Actually he used to treat me in a very special way, he used to take a stand for me, he used to compliment my voice, and tell me how good I am, he even wrote a 350+words message to me on my birthday which said how lovely I am and how cute my smile is, and how every moment we've spent together is so special, it was only when I told him about my feelings, he said that I am too good and innocent and he is a bad boy, so we settled on being friends, but I am still not over him.. It has become so toxic. He acts so hot and cold with me, sometimes he'll text and call me regularly and get angry if I do not text him, and sometimes he doesn't text me for days and acts cold.. It was only a few days ago that a friend was touching my hair and he stopped him from doing so and said that I have such beautiful hair, and now it's been seven days since he has texted me or called me.. I feel so messed up now, what am I supposed to do?

You leave that guy alone. All it is is targeting. He's using that to control you and you need to get away from him. Cut all contact and don't get yourself involved with that guy. He says what he says but he's only staying at so he can get you to that damn enough for you to sleep with him. That's all. He's not looking for a relationship.
