There is only one time where sleeping alone bothered me, after my break up in 2018, I felt lonely at night and my body temperature would decrease due to loneliness. It only happened at night cause during the day I was warm and healthy. I did not sleep with my last boyfriend but I felt like he was my husband cause we talked so much.

Absolutely. It's amazing to drink 5 glasses of milk before bed and don't be concerned about waking up my partner. Or I can sleep in ugly underwear and there's no one to judge me
