I feel like lately I’ve been seeing more women go by themselves to restaurants and stores. I don’t know if that’s just what to expect now that people depend on online and apps for dating. Or people’s unrealistic standards. But I’ve been a single guy for 3 years now, and I avoid going to places by myself. So I feel sad for them. And feel like talking to them, but I don’t want to disturb them. I personally don’t really like being single. I’ve been doing it for three years now, and it feels good buying whatever I want, but it gets lonely. Real quick. Materialistic stuff can only get you so far in happiness. Friends and family ease the pain, but they can’t always be there for you. I sort of been trying to find someone for me, but I don’t want to use dating apps or sites. And the women I do meet, makes me realize they’re single for a reason (not great partners), so I rather stay single than try to lower my lifestyle for them (because they have lots of issues). I don’t want to fix what’s broken. But it does sucks not finding someone….
As muslim girl. I do feel you. I been single all life till now. Dating is get out hand as people seem to be wanting to have fun, not looking for something serious, having some life issues going on with their life. In our religion, we only date if we are ready to marry and build a family. But dating in Islam faith is different. Not sex is allowed, you can talk about your values, you visit each other's family to get to know more about them. Not getting in one piece of room together as the temptation is high, you need to have at least someone near not necessarily hearing your talks but you know are not alone. The western dating values is different from Islamic ones.

They like it when they are still young and pretty enough to get male attention, but after they hit the wall and get saggy and wrinkly I doubt they are having much fun.
Likely not all of them are single. A lot of couples are busy and can't eat all their meals together.
